I dont have the book in front of me.The last time I used NT20M was in 1995.So I do not remember all the dip SW on the back.

I don't think smile has a touch screen, Arik.

To access the system menu on non-touch screen models, press the "STOP", "UP", and "DOWN" keys at the same time.
