PLC OMRON IO Bus Error F

Hi all,

I have error on my PLC that say on 7-segma HH and this issue come two to three times and I had checked the PLC which is tight and they are stick together.

The PLC contains One rack and 6 modules (3 ID211, 2 OC211, 1 AD081 and 1 DA041)

I replaced the whole PLC (from PSU to the cover) and the same error show up again.

Non-Fatal 5/20/2023 4:27:37 AM 0306 / 0000 Special IO Unit Error 6
Fatal 5/20/2023 4:27:37 AM 80CF / 0F0F IO Bus Error F

please need your thought
