I was wondering if it was possible to set up Ch.3 on a PLC5/40C for Ethernet? I have disabled Boot P and given the Channnel an Ip address with the first 3 octets the same as my laptop. I then cycled power on processor. upon reboot I tried to ping the processor and keep getting destination unreachable message.
My ultimate goal is to have a PLC5 talking to a Panelview 1000. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.
