I have a s7 300 digital output module.. the address start at Q16.0 to Q16.7..i have tested each address and it give 24V dc exept for Q16.6 that gives 11V dc only.. Does it mean that Q16.6 terminal is defective??

where using the forwrd and reverse output motor in one plc address which Q16.6 ... when we star the machine.. the motor will forward but dont reverse.. is it possible the VFD is defective??..
