With the PC Adapter USB plugged in do the following:

Open Device Manager
Right-click the PC Adapter USB and click Uninstall...

Unplug the PC Adapter USB
Reboot the PC

Try to plug in the PC Adapter USB again

i had try this pc adapter usb on window 32bit (which is desktop) and i found it work nicely
also same goes to mithsu and omron usb-cif02..

just wanna confirm does this mean this 2 item cant be used with window 64bit.
and really bangging my head .wonder why does mitshubshi can work on 64bit and 32 bit window.
