-- I am trying to configure the RIO in the RSView Studio. But there is no 1747-BSN is not in the scanner list. Can anybody guide me?

-- In the CPU, I am getting short of the instruction memory. How can i increse the memory other than changing the CPU.

The 1747-BSN works the same as the 1747-SN from the perspective of the RIO adapter devices, including the 2711P-RN6.

As you know, SLC-5/04 controllers include the -L541, -L542, and -L543 in 16K, 32K, and 64K memory. You cannot expand the memory without replacing the controller with another model.

I again strongly recommend that you seek the local and direct assistance of someone who is familiar with Allen-Bradley controllers and networks.

This time i would like to ask about the simulation of the program.

1) I am using RS-Logix 500 emulate to simulate my PLC program.

2) I read in some of the threads that i can also use RS Emulate for testing HMI application. I tried by adding the driver and the device in the LOCAL Tab. Also i created a shortcut for this device. i am using the Test Application option. But still the application is not getting the values. I dont know where i am doing the mistake.

3) Can RS view ME communicate with RS Emulate? i already have the license.
