Thermocouple
Is there way to have 2 Thermocouple couple attached to the same PLC input ??? SLC 1746-nt4 card.

Sure, but you're going to read the wrong temperature.
Point being, it won't be 'correct' in that the average won't tell you what the exact temperature of either thermocouple is (except in the one case where they are exactly equal, but you won't know that).Disagree, it will be the average of the two.

it will be average when both cables have same length (resistance)
you can use a simple relais to switch over then you will have both temperatures.
A simple relay is going to have copper or nickle plated terminals and this will offset the reading when the thermocouple wires are connected.
This topic piqued my interest.yes + contact resistances that change each time it open and close will make the reading erratic
