yes , unfortunately the link is not valid anymore.

at the moment I am digging deep into installation logs and what you said makes sense, it is the SQL causing the reboot loop, but can't figure out how to start the installation over to unselect it.

Hi folks,

After I tried everything I found on the internet, I have fixed it.

The problem was in Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Native Client, which you can find on Programs and Features. I uninstalled it and after restart the installation finished successfully.

TIA 15 probably needs Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Native Client, because after installation it is back.
