Trouble with Pac Si servo driver.

We are having trouble with comm to our Pac Si servo driver model # PC833-001-N. We need to connect to port 1 in which it will not let us change from port 3. We are using pac Si PC 800 tools to load the driver. It keeps saying no comm. Thank you in advance.
