WinCC Flex OPC server access denied

Hi,

I have a WinCC flexible application with option Act as OPC server active and I cannot reach the OPC server remote. Local is working. When I try to reach remote(with an OPC tool) this OPC server I receive the next message "OPC-Enum server communication error: Acces is denied".
I can ping the IP of the PC where this OPC server is installer, Windows firewall is OFF.
Can you help me with some tips?

It sounds to me like a DCOM problem. I recommend reviewing those documents to set the DCOM configurations correctly. Depending on your current operating system, select a document from the list below:
