Memory Card for S7 317-2 & ET 200M?

Hi,

I'm looking for some memory cards so I can do some testing on the bench with these two devices. The CPU is a S7 317-2 PN/DP & the ET 200M is a IM 153-4.

Can I just use a standard SD card, or does it have to be a specific card and size of memory?
