Selection of Multiconductor Cable

It's probably overkill. but I would use 14AWG for the power.

This allows for future use, larger power supply for future use, and less voltage drop to begin with.

Maybe even 12AWG
 
Just curious: Can you not use IO in field similar to armor block? Instead of bringing every signal back to main panel.

Armor Block is a very good suggestion and will help for shorter cable runs.
But I have never used it before and I am only familiar with its function.
