SLC 500 4 Channel Analog Input card set up

I'm feeling pretty stupid tonight because I can't remember process to install and set up my 1746-NI4 analog card in my SLC 500 PLC. It has been so long since I've actually had to install and configure an analog card that I've forgotten.
Here's what I have right now:
There appears to have (at one time) been an analog card in the PLC I'm working on. There was an analog field device that still shows up in the program but I can't find any BTR/BTWs in the program.
Any help here would be most appreciated.

Is this new NI4 going to be in the Local Rack, or in a Remote Rack?

BTR/BTW's are not required if the analog card is in the resident chassis. Is it?

The 1746-NI4 just needs to be added to the I/O configuration, there is nothing to configure software wise. It does have dip switches to select voltage or current.
Raw data values from the card depend on the input voltage/current and the range.
